The item I ordered was a "ready to hang canvas print" and I have received a rolled up print. I selected matte finish but there was no "non canvas" option. I would not have minded as much but I paid over 50 pounds including a hefty postage for a simple print which I now cannot hang. Hopefully the seller will help to sort out this problem and I can change my review :)

My dad loves his squirrels. This is going to be an excellent Xmas present! He loved the schnauzer and wheaten prints I got him a few years ago and he’s going to enjoy this just as much!!
