Happy with items received but one piece omitted from order. Have been trying to resolve since 11/21. I fear I will be without a holiday gift at this point. Will be happy to adjust my review once this issue is handled. I have contacted shop twice and allowed twice the mailing time that it took to receive previous orders. Perhaps poor review will help....
