I’m still waiting for an order that supposedly shipped on December 21. After numerous calls we never got a tracking number even though he or she refunded my purchase I am still waiting for my product to arrive. This is happened to me once before. They never supply tracking numbers and when you contact them they give you a song and a dance and all of a sudden the order never ships.
